Inspired to make a difference, she launched Mercy Elroi to share her knowledge and empower others. Iyabo’s entrepreneurial spirit doesn’t stop there. She is also the founder of iKooK, a thriving private chef platform operating in the UK, Nigeria, and South Africa. Her story is a testament to the power of determination, vision, and the right guidance.
